面對親民黨主席宋楚瑜可能投入2016大選，民進黨主席暨總統參選人蔡英文21日出席「725在地希望生活節」宣傳記者會受訪時表示，對於整個情勢都有所掌握，選舉布局也都隨時會因應調整，總之不管選戰有誰加入，「我們都會步步為營、謹慎以對。」

宋楚瑜21日在親民黨擴大幹部會議說，8月初決定是否參選總統；但親民黨副祕書長劉文雄透露宋楚瑜「幾乎就是會選了」。對於宋楚瑜參選是否會怕亂了腳步？蔡英文說，「應該不會，現在整個的步驟跟事情處理的進程都在掌握之中。」

整合 要尊重第三勢力

媒體追問，宋楚瑜參選是否改變跟第三勢力的整合節奏？蔡英文說，立委的布局希望跟第三勢力的整合能在一定時程內完成，不過也尊重第三勢力的想法，畢竟選戰需要時間準備，能越早整合越好。

陸施壓 李：談台民主

前總統李登輝21日赴日訪問前在松山機場受訪時，對於宋楚瑜可能再度投入總統大選指出，宋楚瑜對現在情形有自己的看法，好或不好他沒什麼意見。對於外界認為宋楚瑜選太多次了，李登輝說，宋楚瑜選4次（3次總統、1次副總統），「無所謂啦，他有意思要為台灣拚。」

李登輝22日將首度在日本國會議員會館演講，目前報名參加的國會議員等約260人。媒體日前報導，大陸政府施壓，不讓李登輝在日本國會議員會館演講，對此，李登輝表示，自己是客人，是日本國會議員請他去演講，中共要反對，他沒意見；中共反對會被人笑而已。

談及將在日本國會議員會館演講，李登輝強調，這次去日本，他不會提台灣跟國際的關係，主要是談台灣的典範變化、民主化、自由化、《憲法》修改等事情。
